Second thread about 2016 election. Why does anyone care? I promise presidential elections are not so interesting that we need to discuss them 4 years in advance.

I'd hope the Republican party would have enough sense to nominate someone sane after their latest failings.

Not Palin again. No. The world will weep at the notion.

2016: Hillary Clinton v. Marco Rubio or Jeb Bush.

They realized that Mitt Romney simply didn't appeal to the average American. You know, the white, rich and God-loving man.

What do you mean that's not the average American

OH GOD AMERICA HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY THE SOCIALIST COMMUNIST NAZI MUSLIMS THE WORLD IS DOOOOOOMED

    No one really cares.

    And "calling it now"... *shiver*
Why do people even use a phrase like that?
    What is worth fighting for?

Republican candidate will probably be Chris Christie. Although he is way too reasonable to be their candidate, but he's the only guy they have capable of winning.

Thread's the world doesn't need. At least not now.

Let alone Palin is never going to be put back into a front seat.. Republicans embarrassed themselves just once with her.
And Hillary.. For Christ's sake, let that woman get well first. Give her a break.

The only guy with enough social sense in the republican camp, that is capable to draw democrat votes. But then, I wouldn't be surprised if he switched camps.
If they piss him off just one more time, I can see that happen.

Hopefully the republicans will have someone who is more likable and resilient to media hits.
Someone who practices the conservative ideas of the party and communicates them. Someone who actually takes the gloves off because we will be worse off by 2016

I think it will be Hillary, but Palin will never get another shot at anything important. Even GOP realize that she can't be taken seriously.

As far as Republican bid, that is still wide open. They first have to decide if they want to keep beating the same dead horse or progress as a party.

I think that the country will be better off. Not because of Obama, but rather because companies are starting to realize that outsourcing everything was a bad idea. Expect Dems to ride some prosperity into 2016.

I highly doubt Sarah Palin will ever be seen in another Presidential race.

Isn't Hillary getting too old to be president? She will be 70 if she is elected, by the time her first term is over she will be almost 3 quarters of a century old.
