Weapon Dmg for Tempest

Just cant find anywhere the answer, Does higher weapon dmg ( consider equal att power) means more dmg for Tempest spells? I have this question cause I want to dual wield with my Tempest but I dunno if 2hands are more dmg output. Thx for the help

Do not quote me on this but I think Tempest dps is calculated the same way all warrior dps is and that based off of strength and attack power.

Weapon + Ap, same as all Warriors.
