Playing on my alt on Stormrage I stumbled upon a Blingtron mid-Ironforge and got a Orb of Mistery from it. Sold it for 17k for quick gold.

I've gotten a Fire Spirit and Personal World Destroyer pet. Everything else was common stuff: party grenades, gems, etc.

Best thing I got was the item you can sell for 200g and not too long after that... a pair of pauldrons with Thrall on them and a dragon's nipple that I could equip as a trinket.
