IQ doesn't necessarily say how smart you are as a human. Sometimes your smarter than your IQ and sometimes it's the other way around.

It's perfectly possible that GC has that IQ, but that doesn't equal him to being a genius like Einstein, or whomever, it just means he has that IQ.

He managed to get most of the community to think he alone handles almost everything when it comes to the balance of this game. I have to say that's pretty damn clever.

I don't think he did; he tweets regularly to remind people he's not the only guy and there are plenty of others who don't get enough credit. He made himself a figurehead, sure, but he never claims to be the only one and never claims to know everything. And if it wasn't him, it'd be someone else.
