The recent rumours do seem legit, and as reported by Titanfocus.info, Project Titan might be a spin-off on one of the existing IPs.
Furthermore, it will likely be available on the next iteration of the Xbox, which is bound to be as powerful as a medium PC of today and might include cloud gaming capabilities.
