Well, we have until Sunday I think it is to decide who to kill off.
Formerly The Dwarf Lover (TDL)
Whenever I mod, the theme tends to directly link to win conditions - ie. i would find it unlikely that the riddler and batman would be on the same team/have the same win conditions. Having played a couple of Greeney's games before, knowing about the theme can help make certain educated guesses about alignment after knowing CC/RC.
How do you mean darker? and what makes you think that the mod is the Riddler?
I also think it is a waste of a day if we don't lynch - as town, it's the only way we can start taking out mafia... a no lynch only gives them more time to take ppl out and if we have multiple kill roles (likely in a 30psn game), then it is likely that we would put ourselves even more on the back foot if we no-lynched...
Do you guys normal push for CCs?
Cats are evil and friends of nothing.
Except dinner time, perhaps.
I agree, though at the same time, it could be really awful to end up lynching someone important to the town (i.e. a cop or a doc) as some people (Worge the Doc comes to mind here) have a tendency to look somewhat scummy regardless of their role. However, for us, in the games I've played, we've always just ended up lynching someone based on post count if we have no real reason to believe anyone to be scum besides post count (especially uncharacteristic post counts).

A documentary.
What!!! I didn't even notice that >< I thought the two lines were supposed to give one word answer That's why I was so confused.
Because the Riddler's favorite color is green, the mod's name is Greeney, and he posted a riddle
We don't normally have CC's... people are generally left on their own on that front (if they want).
Cutest picture ever!
Also agree that we should lynch someone. We don't know what the ratios are so it makes it hard but likely there are more than one faction with a night kill so some scum might die at night too.
Edit:
Ignore this post.

I would actually think only 2 NKs would be low as well considering the size of this game. I don't know what the ratio should actually be, so I'll leave that figuring to someone who knows more than I do about this game, but I think a minimum of 3 is much more likely than a minimum of 2.
2of4 has 7 players in it. A mafia faction of 2, 5VTs, and two specials (Doc/JK/Cop/VT) that cannot be the same. Pretty basic, but that's 1NK for 7 people and up to 2 protects.
We've got over 4 times the players, so I'm expecting at least 4NKs, plus the possibility for Bombs, PGOs, Insane Doctors, even Role Madness and so on.
And I'm off to bed.
EDIT: Sorry if metachat isn't allowed.

That's sort of what I was thinking as well, though I'm still under the impression that we will likely have 3-4 night kills rather than 2. Not that what I think matters, as we'll find out when the day ends anyways.
Of course, like you said, Fire, there could be more NKs than scum teams because of vigilantes, bombs, etc.
Thank you Lysah and Fire for explaining that for me.
Also, wth is metachat?
Talking about the game's composition from within the game using outside knowledge. Breaks the illusion of a Town of 30 talking with each other not knowing what everyone else does when the sun sets.
It's like your D&D character going "well, the composition of the enemy is likely to be lots of minions and a boss, because that's how I've seen them in other campaigns on other characters". Something like that.
