Looks like the quest mobs, least I can tell, are sort-of a step up from the patch 5.1 quest mobs? Half step up...? Or relatively the same in regards to health.
I also spotted some classic sunreaver NPCs it looks like hanging out at the quest hub. I think?<Your ad here>
