Diablo and Hunter pet images = awesome![]()
Where the hell do people get off with this arrogance? They have no access to a sample size, Blizzard does. Every moron thinks their intuition is law, the Dunning Kruger Effect I guess.Which players? Not the majority. I think you're seeing the tree and not the forest on this one.

That is for very hardcore progression guilds. In today´s world, a decent player who knows his class well can get within 5% of anyone else in his guild.. In the past, you couldn´t DPS as a druid, because no matter how good of a cat or moonkin you were, you were going to be 20% or more behind some other dps classes who were average players. In vanilla, probably 90% of druids who raided were restro. If you were a cool player and were with friends, you either went restro, or changed classes if you wanted to dps.
There are still examples of this obviously, but it is drastically better now. The main problem I still see is with fights that are very unfriendly to melee. If your raid is melee heavy, there are still fights where even moderately hardcore guilds might switch out a melee class for a ranged class.
But things are still drastically better now, not just with classes, but even with specs. I think players are pinpointing problems now.. but trust me, things were drastically worse in vanilla.
Sorry but there has to be some kind of catch up system in place for the last tier of the expansion and LFR is not it. Just going by the rate that I'm gearing up one toon using lfr, dugeons and the daily quests by the time someone gears up to the third tier not even casual guilds will take them as they'll probably have moved onto heroic modes and not want to have to catch up the new person.
I think the new LFR loot system is great. I don't have time to keep a raid schedule anymore, so LFR is my only outlet if I want to keep playing this game and experience the content. Am I annoyed that I spend (6) tokens for bonus rolls and got nothing but gold today? Yes, I am. But that doesn't take away from the fact that I love people not being able to grief others by needing on things they don't really need, which is exactly what we saw last xpac.
Now in an absolutely perfect world, there would be an "exchange vendor" where you could trade in doubles of items you've received for something you really need. But I'm not sure Blizzard wants to go that route - I'm just thinking out loud here.
Anyway, good job on the new system Blizzard.
