No, I do not desire to elaborate other than to say the paleo diet suffers from the logical fallacy of being an appeal to nature.
But I will answer your 2nd question, no, I do not think your diet is unhealthy. In fact, I think it is pretty damn healthy. But just because one way of eating can be healthy does not mean that another way of eating cannot be healthy. That said, I do not envy your latrine given your fiber intake.

It does, though. It sounds crazy but the reality is you won't over eat. Your body will regulate it just fine.
Even then, unless you're ingesting huge amounts of oils or something it's going to be extremely hard to over eat when eating nothing but preferably grass fed meats or wild caught seafood and vegetables primarily, even if you intentionally wanted to. Try eating nothing but steak or bacon or something and see how many calories worth you can get to before you feel sick, and then try the same thing with sugary shit like sodas, breads, etc.

Well, you're believing in lies. Calories in < Calories out is the ONLY way to do it, you're right about the foods you eat affecting your hormones, but you're wrong about most of those hormones affecting your weight loss. Your body can NOT take in an excess of calories (which, even eating healthy, you can do quite easily) and still lose weight.
You're right, it's better to eat healthy, but you're just wrong about being able to eat all you want.
The diet involved in eating paleo is decent, but it's the ridiculousness of the hype and the way it gets promoted that makes me shy away from it.
This formula is as basic as weight loss gets. If you exercise more calories than you eat at the end of the day, you will lose weight. Creating a calorie deficiency at the end of a day does not mean you have to starve yourself.
