    New laptop warranty question

I just got my new laptop I ordered a few days ago.

I open the package, prepare to turn it on and take a good look at it right before I do.
This is what I found under it:

What kind of person would screw one 10x10cm panel with one screw WRONG?
I am afraid that if I try to fix this, they will make my warranty invalid.

I already sent them a raging e-mail with the pics but I am afraid they won't reply till tomorrow.

I am thinking of a few options here:

    1. Return it to the company http://www.mm-vision.dk , requiesting full refund and buying some known brand of laptop that won't make retarded mistakes.
    2. Fix it myself, risking my warranty.
    3. Return it, request a new one.

    Any advice/opinions on this?

I honestly can't see the problem due to blurry images. >.> Something about screws. it looks like a couple aren't in all the way?

    1. Sager is one of the biggest laptop brands sold worldwide.
    2. Your warranty isn't voided when you open a sager laptop

The laptop wasn't assembled by MM-Vision, they're built and assembled by Clevo/Sager. (Unless you made any upgrades) We're humans, humans make mistakes, every company has a hiccup every once in a while.

MM-Vision is a very respectable retailer of Sager laptops and custom computers, instead of instantly jumping to conclusions try to communicate with them instead, I've previously bought a PC & laptop from them, both worked really well (Bought the P150-EM about 4 months ago)

Laptop warranties cover general maintenance on them. This means you can take all of those bottom panels off but usually if you remove the keyboard and take off anything that way its voided by a warranty seal. You're fine, just screw them back in.

I drank too much coffee today(I normally don't drink any) and I am a bit edgy. Reading your post makes me regret parts of the e-mail I wrote to them (dat rage), but I am glad to hear they are a respected company. I guess I will have to apologize to them when they reply.
