Blood 4pc bonus

Is the blood 4pc bonus worth dropping a few ilvl? Or is the bonus overall not that strong and just results in more overhealing anyway?

More healing = bigger shields so it's not all overhealing. IMHO it worths dropping few ilvl to get it if you don't loose a lot of mastery.

i thought it didn't result in a bigger shield? can someone confirm.

Edit: found it http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/7348174747 apparently it affects shield now after 5.1, if anyone else was curious.

It's definitely worth it since the buff because about 15-20% mastery is huge which would even justify a significant iLvl downgrade.

Unless you don't need healing (not very often that happens for a Blood DK), it's probably worth the item level downgrade in straight up all cases.
