Capitalism has been the best economic system we have available for probably 2-3000 years.

Every other one has failed without including capitalism in some way.

    Communism blows.

I'd be surprised if Obama didn't just declare sovereign immunity and tell them all to fuck off.

    This is ridiculous.

So who really cares if they are using their legal right to sue in a court?
Because they were saved even if they were a failed business. If they were not, we wouldn't even have this argument.

Having worked hurricane Sandy, I can tell you that the people who filed claims with their insurance companies got screwed over. Those without flood insurance just got plain screwed because most of the damage came from flooding, and those with flood insurance had the adjusters shortchange them by declaring that a lot of the damage was from "sewer backup" so they even refused to pay the people with flood riders.

This is just incredibly disgusting, but I like this Elizabeth Warren.
"The other day, I noted here that Warren’s victory, and her ascension to the Senate banking committee, will give her a choice perch from which to continue to press the crusade for real Wall Street oversight and accountability, continuing a battle between her and Wall Street that stretches back literally years."
Didn't know about that, Elizabeth Warren for president.
