[Anime] What would you recommend me?

Hi People!

I'm looking for an exciting anime to watch ^^
I'd prefer something short rather than long shows ... (up to 20 episodes is sufficient)
Whether it be futuristic, steampunk, medieval, high fantasy ... i really don't care, i love most of the subgenres.

Last I watched:
Avatar - The Last Airbender
Avatar - The Legend of Korra (I know that those two aren't anime by description, because they're not japanese ^^)
Silent Möbius
Dragon Ball Z Kai

you should check out sword art online (anime about Virtual Reality, and being locked inside it) or watch kuroko no basket. (About a basketball team, mainly 2 of the players)

just saw the first two episodes of Code Geass ... i like that ^^ that's kind of my style :P

i took a short look at bleach and saw that it has over 200 episodes ... i'll get at that once i've more sparetime for the moment shorter shows have to do.
