The tank damage is far more 'interesting', which is a good difference to the normal mode.
The damage from Rain of Blades is actually less in heroic, with recklessness it ticks for 45k/0.5s before mitigation on heroic (10man) and 50k/0.5s on normal, the heroic damage is 50% more baseline but recklessness only buffs his damage by 50%, compared to 150% on normal mode.
