[Balance] Regail's vs Kri'tak

So, I'm on the verge of finishing part II of the black prince quest line, which gives me the extra socket for a sha-touched weapon.

In my case, the weapon in question is Kri'tak http://www.wowhead.com/item=86227

And the question I need answered is, is it worth to use aforementioned weapon with 500 int gem and extra socket over upgraded (2/2) Regail's? http://www.wowhead.com/item=90527

Kri'tak becomes marginally better than Regails (Elite) dagger once you can add the extra socket to Kri'tak, but not before the extra socket.

This depends on your gear setup, but it's a worthwhile upgrade to use Kri'tak. For an accurate estimate, use wrathcalcs with the different weapon setups and reforges.
