    which MSI motherboard?

Just a quick question. Which out of these 2? they seem so similar. I am wanting to get an LGA 1150 i5 4670k (I believe the 4 series k number is correct) and right now stuck between these two.

Any help would be appreciated since they are the same price basically.

Ignore both in my opinion, this one is a steal at $95 after rebate:

I imagine this could sell out quick so don't wait too long if you decide on it.
