Trouble getting Tidy Plates to work; tried a lot of stuff.. possible ElvUI conflict

I forget what I did but it may have been when I was configuring ElvUI for my lock and ever since I can't get Tidy Plates to show up no matter what I do. I've double checked that its toggled on in the addon/logon screen. I've removed the tidy plates folder from the addon folder, logged on, then logged off and put it back. I have nameplates turned on but it only shows the default nameplates for some reason. However tidy plates will show up fine on my DK. Any ideas how to fix it?

Edit: It turns out that if an addon has a white check mark next to it then its not enabled for that character even though there is a check mark in the box. So I had to go up to the custom addon drop down, select that exact character and turn it on. Now its fixed.
