Latency issues

I'm currently having an issue with latency on wow, I ran a trace route and found what seems to be the problem but i have no idea how to fix this or if i can even do anything on my end.

Does anyone know if a program exists that can maybe route my connection a different way instead of through the bad servers?
I've tried smooth ping and wtfast already and i still have issues although it seems to be a bit better

You could try using a VPN service to perhaps get better routing but it looks like the problem lies with your ISP so maybe you should call them first.

As far as i know it's not my isp i've been on contact with them for the past month about this
At first i thought cogentco was their servers because of the similar looking name but from what they say it's not

Oh yeah I thought the same, doesn't really matter though. They are the ones that have to contact Cogentco to get the routing issues solved anyway.

try a few different proxy servers to see if you can route through a different ISP
