We had to go to a specialty store for our cats because one of them has a grain and dye allergy. EVERYTHING at basic grocery stores or pet stores has grains or starches or dyes, it was obnoxious.
Our vet recommended either:
Weruva
Evo
Nature's Variety Instict
and of those our cats like Weruva the best. Unfortunately it is also the most expensive ><
Apparently Blue Buffalo is also really good, the ladies at the adoption agency love that, and it is sold at most pet stores.

Buy meat and give it to the cat.
I feed my cat lamb and beef, perfectly healthy.
Complement sometimes with other stuff for completion sake.
It was a cat i rescued from the streets who was almost dead from sickness, she has 4 sisters who are still in the streets (whom i feed normal cat food) the difference is quite bit, she has huge hair while they dont :P
Never feed pork though.
ofc, this is only if you have money to spare, meat is expensive.
I use Science Diet. I don't have any basis for it being that over other brands, but my cat seems to love it, and when I told the vet what I was using, she just nodded sagely as if I'd chosen wisely.
'Twas a cutlass swipe or an ounce of lead
Or a yawing hole in a battered head
And the scuppers clogged with rotting red
And there they lay I damn me eyes
All lookouts clapped on Paradise
All souls bound just contrarywise, yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!

IF you want to go the dry food route, Royal Canin is what our vet recommended. Just don't switch from one to the other abruptly, or you might cause the cat to get indigestion (dry food to wet) or dehydrated (wet food to dry).
what about meox mix?

Honestly, you will end up with 1000 different forms of food for your cat if you ask it here. Go to a vet or pick one yourself and look it up weither that one is healthy or not. Not saying any of the cat food posted isn't healthy, but each has his own view on healthy food.
