What am I doing wrong? Please help!

Hello everyone,
I'm currently trailing for a 25-man guild and am struggling to keep up with our other Mages. I'm curious as to the math behind the Haste VS. Mastery debate, as the other Mages in my guild say at our gear level I'd be better off with haste. Due to their consistently kicking my ass, I'm inclined to believe them....however I want to make sure this isn't a problem with my play prior to making a complete change in my gear setup. I've included below our logs for last night, as well as the armories of myself and the other two Mages. Any insight into what I'm doing wrong is greatly appreciated.

I also think my low numbers in ToS can somewhat be attributed to my lack of experience there, but I don't think that would account for the large gap that there was. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I would personally say that part of your problem is your somewhat low up time on Rune of Power. From what I could see most fights you're at about 67% up time on the buff, you need about a 20% or more increase in up time and I'm sure you'll see better numbers from that alone. One of the other things that I have seen from the parse is that you might be dropping you arcane stacks a little to much and using barrage a lot more then you need to. As for the Mastery Vs. Haste debate for arcane I think you can go with either depending on you preference. I think the only way Haste is better is maybe if you are below the haste cap for Nether Tempest and you can reach another tick. Other then that I think Mastery is better in every way, this is of course biased on own personal experience alone.

We're doing the tail end of HoF and maybe some Heroic MSV tonight. I'll try to be more mindful of my RoF and stop blowing Abar as much. I'm bad at knowing when to use ABar based on the encounter. Thank you.

Well, just going over a few things just at quick glances...

Your ROP uptime is terrible. Make sure you're always under it. Same with keeping mage bomb up.
Mirror immage is your best damage for 1 gcd. every second it's not on cooldown, is a loss in dps.
You use barrage too much... It should be like used during alter time and maybe a big move (like cackle on sha)

You also use scorch a lot more then the other 2.
