This graphical issue is near the top of our priority list for hunter class issues, several steps above fixing problems with the Marksmanship specialization. Nonetheless, thank you for bringing it to our attention. We expect to implement a fix by 5.3 (and have a few changes planned for Marksmen by 6.0.1).

Thank you for the bug report. We'll be pushing a hotfix later this evening to remedy this by removing all crossbows in the game. Going by the data, it is the least represented ranged weapon type and nobody's gonna miss it. I mean probably. Maybe a few of you will but you'll get over it.
