I gotta say, after trying whole wheat bread several times I just cant get myself to like it. I dont know if its the color, or the different taste. I know Whole Wheat is healthier because there are more nutrients, but you can get white bread that has the flour enriched (nutrients added back in). Some people actually say White bread is BAD for you but I couldnt seem to find a reference that says why. I can understand whole wheat being more nutritious, but why would white bread actually be BAD for you.
