Raid cooldown announcer?

Back in Cataclysm I used to have an addon that announced what raid cooldowns etc were used and when they ended in raid chat, not just my own, but the whole raids.

I can't for the life of me remember what the addon was called

I know of RSA that announces your own, but I'm not sure about one for the whole raid's.

BLCD does this as well as oRA3 I believe.

Agreed with above poster, that looks a lot like Flump. Afaik it hasn't been updated by the add-on author since Cata but should still be usable with some lua workarounds and additions.

I was in the same guild as the author, and he stopped playing after cata, so thats why it isnt updated after. But shouldnt be to hard to adjust it to work in MoP
