Why not? Because they don't seem to support a stance which you do support? I can understand why that would make you not trust them, and I occasionally feel that way about studies, but it doesn't mean they are invalid.

Really? because I have not been tipsy when drinking. And I only have one beer when I drink. If I am an average person in terms of blood volume/liver function, then that would mean that on average one beer will not make you drunk.

The amount of factors that goes into a study like this is incredible. It's completely impossible to determine that drinking X amounts of alcohol will make you healthier unless you lock a pair of identical twins in a completely sterile room from birth. And even then they still aren't exactly the same, so there's still other factors that can skewer the result.
