I'm not saying we're savages or anything, and I support the modern society. But I think we're doing it wrong, and have been doing it wrong since the 80's. That's my personal opinion. The Cold War was a bit too much for the world, I think.

I think that's why I have such a facination for Fallout. Everything died. The world is new again, and we're left to not form it, but survive on it.

Society have too many "shortcuts" and ways to cheat the system these days. Hard work is actually frowned upon.

Ever walked into a store and noticed how "we don't actually care that you're here" most of the employees are? That's how it is here, and it's spreading rapidly. After all, why be good when mediocre gives you the same paycheck? And I hate that this works. That's the one thing I truly and fully HATE.

Of course, our government panders to them. Because votes.

What sickens me is the fear. The fear our parents have to us, and the fear we have towards each other. We're raised with these kinds of things. Lock your door, or else you'll get robbed. Look four times before you cross the road. If you're sick, go to the doctor immediately. Aids, HiV, terror, corruption, all of this we are getting pumped full of. And that really sickens me, because it's manipulative.

If I walked down the street, pretty much 90% of all I meet fear me until they talk to me, due to my long hair and black clothes. It's so obvious that I can't help but laugh at it. Even my mother doesn't leave her appartment that much, because "She's an elderly woman - What would she do if she got attacked?"

I think we should realize that we control the society, not the other way around. And if the system doesn't work, we can change it if we want to. We just don't want to, it's easier to accept than to step into action.
