Nope, didn't bother to look up how that worked. Snatched as much as I could carry while still holding on to the weapons and stuff I wanted to keep for later on (that was four bars by the way). That stuff was freakishly heavy... 35 pounds per bar, holy crap.

But at least I managed to keep all my friends alive.

This is the Gen 5 change to Sleep.

Sleep lasts for a random duration from 1 to 3 turns. In addition, a Pokémon's sleep counter is reset to its original amount when switched out; this also applies for self-induced sleep. Also in Generation V, most Pokémon close their eyes while sleeping, their sprite gets a grayish tint, and their animation moves more slowly as well.

Dream World is just an extra thing. You put your pokemon to sleep and you can play mini-games on a website with it and you can find random pokemon there as you play the games. Those pokemon come with their Hidden Ability.

In Black/White 2 you can find pokemon with their hidden ability in little alcoves through out the game.
