I have found that I usually have higher hp than the tank (I have about 505k during LFD) and I end up tanking some thing and pull when they are going to slow.

Step 1; be a tank
Step 2; get about ilvl 480
Step 3; PULL EVERYTHING
Step 4; Heroics done in about 10min.
