Generally speaking, when he does two backward rolls consecutively, he's going to try to power up. If you have a weapon that has high poise damage, get in there and break him. Free hits and you prevent him from going super saiyen

Eh.... I dunno about that. Just fence with CMW, and soul spear him out of his charging. If you do it right, you can knock him out of it to the point he will do it again. And the only thing I have trouble dodging is the leaping smash.

It takes my Demon Greataxe 2H'ed 2 hits to break his poise when soloing. So it's over 70 but under or at 140 poise to break.
