I had this problem with my Marauder. Went through Normal getting some health talents but mostly offensive. Got to Act 3 and got my ass handed to me.

Went back to it recently and started using auras on him (the ones that don't take up a % of mana) while using Blood Magic. Had Frey help me a little and managed to get him back on track using refund points.

It really depends what class you're playing.

Well i only have 1 refund point left, so im screwed i guess.
