This is what I learned about pancakes today.

4 bananas for 10 pancakes is too much, 3 probably would have been fine.
Bananas need to be made into a pudding with no chunks or else the pancakes cook oddly.
Peanut butter in pancakes, with bananas, is alright.
Don't cover pancakes and let them sit in their own steam, it makes them quite soggy.

Next time I shall know better.
