I too like playstation's joystick more because of the analog stick and direction pad placement
with an x360 you have to move your thumb from the analog stick in order to press stuff on the d-pad, whereas with a playstation one you could just use your other fingers while using the analog stick at the same time
not to mention x360's d-pad is pretty crap too

I like the xbox one, but it's probably because I am so used to it. I never had a playstation of any kind growing up.

Now I have a PS3 though and I am starting to like its controller more and more.
