Fancy! Yeah, those kind of things aren't available here in America. You want gluten free? You either go to a specialty (read: expensive) restaurant, or buy the stuff from the grocery store and cook it yourself.

Define expensive. A normal restaurant where you pay ~14$ for a dish? Not expensive. Besides, even if it's not on the list, it's always good to ask.

the best bread is some type of corn french bread they sell here. It's not long and thin like real french bread(it's pretty wide actually but not like regular bread either).
it's the best because it tastes good, smells like beer, and is all fluffy and soft and not dry so it doesn't leave many breadcrumbs
