Like the title says I'm looking for Sci-fi and Teen shows/movies.
What I mean by sci-fi is movies like:
Iron Man
Captain America: The First Avenger
Fantastic Four
And movies like those
What I mean by Teen shows/movies:
Shows like Skins (only example I could come up with)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

those are super-hero movies, not sci-fi.
and do you mean the UK or US version of skins. If you mean the us version, dunno, never saw it, but the UK version was superb and I can't think of another show "like" it. The Inbetweeners (again, UK, NOT US version) has some similarities, but is a pure comedy.
As far as movies, Kidulthood (and, to a lesser extent, the sequel Adulthood) is pretty similar.
