NOTE: We will be hosting an alt raid on Wednesday evenings, once time allows for the leveling and gearing of alts. The main raid is the priority. Our DS alt raid cleared H DS before the end of the expansion.

We use EPGP as our loot system.

Mostly Dead is a friendly but focused guild of later night raiders, formed at the end of 2008. As one of 12 core raiders on our 10m team, you are expected to:

[ul]Be prepared for raids (flasks, food, pots, with properly gemmed/enchanted gear)
Be reliable -- 90% attendance for raids you are scheduled for
Be knowledgeable about your class and able to output competitive numbers
Have good raid awareness and perform utility roles as required
Follow directions and take responsibility for your actions
Be able to spend time wiping in a positive manner
Be respectful/polite to team members
Have a sense of humor
Engage in raid discussions in and out of the forums[/ul]

Alpha of Whisperwind has traditionally been a top 50/100 US guild that is currently 10/16 H and looking to rebuild to it's usual status.

Whisperwind is a CST PvE server and our raid times are 7pm to 11pm CST, M-Th.

About Alpha

Alpha is a progression minded guild that has enjoyed success over the years and understands how to stay competitive in the ever changing World of Warcraft. We have historically been in the top 50 US peaking as high as #6. The guild was formed at the beginning of TBC and has a rich history.

The membership is comprised of a diverse group ranging mostly in the early to mid 20's with your occasional senior citizen in their 30's. We are pretty open on vent and expect someone to be able to interact socially and contribute a personality to the guild. We have our pvp'ers and altaholics and social members who do not actively raid with the guild. We are very high on alts and use them for progression purposes when needed.

Application Process

Our application period is 30 days, which can be extended (or shortened) as needed. We will give all accepted applicants ample chance to prove they should stay on as a member. During this time applicants may recieve items and are encouraged to be active with the guild during raids AND during off hours.

Our application format is free form, that is...we ask you to think about what you want to say to us, about what you feel is important that we should know, and hopefully gives you a chance to show us you can communicate at above a 3rd grade level. There is a sample "good" application to model off of as we are not totally cruel.

Loot and such

One of the nicer aspects of being a 10 man guild is that we can talk through loot and trust one another. We are all here because we enjoy overcoming challenges as a team and get that loot is a bi-product of our team's success. We take an approach of "what's best for progression", and in your case you are the only agi mail user so we would be funneling you gear so you get up to the proper gear level to help us down high end heroic modes.

Hello there,

Humble is currently recruiting for our 10man Core group. We are in need of a Hunter. We are currently replacing our DK.

Information about us:
We are from the server Dragonmaw, But is currently a dieing server. We lost a few members and were not able to recover so xfered to the server Area 52, this week. We just had our first raid week with the new guildys we recruited. did our 3/6HM MV (Doing Sunday raid for last 3) Working on spirit kings(h) last phase. We also did 2/6HoF(H) and 4/4(N) with elite of course. The warlock we got is not able to follow mechanics so needs to be replaced asap.

Raid times:
Tues/Wed/Thur 6-10pm (Pacific) Possible Sundays for progression

What we offer:
We are currently offering a Solid spot in a Solid Guild. We dont bench people and have a roster of 10 people for our core raid group. What we need from you:
- Be motivated to be the best. If you aren't, and do not care that much, you aren't going to do that well.
- Have 100% dedication to playing your character and class
- Be RELIABLE, we need you to attend almost every raid. In the events that you can't attend we need to know in advance.
- Have a microphone and not be afraid to use it. We do not type to communicate as it wastes time

You will receive criticism when you make mistakes, sometimes it will be harsh, but you must be able to take this and improve. If you are going to go and cry to your husband/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend/mom when someone tells you that you did something wrong, we are not the place for you.

What you can expect from us:
- A disciplined and hardcore raid environment, as a guild our focus will be on being #1 and anything else is falling short.
- A social environment, for most of our members that is one of the biggest draws of this game. So you will find people on at all times, many of us play different games as well. Our guild may be predicated around raiding but we want a family type atmosphere (although that of a dysfunctional one) and do want interaction and interests to go beyond raiding.
