Ive been working in IT for the past 12 years and my hobby is video games, so ive spent most of my life in front of the PC.
Ive always been skinny but have recently gotten a bit of a belly, friends call me "skinny fat". I am 6'2 and currently 195 pounds.
I do not want plan to go to the gym, Im looking to work out / exercise routine i can do from home.
Im having a hard time finding something, I tired the P90x but they want to sell you tons of stuff and i have no room in my house for a pull up bar etc.
Looking for suggestions on what has worked for you?
Also what are some good ways to make eating healthly a regular thing? Other than self control.
I find it hard to stay on track... damn red bulls put me back in all the time.
