Group of 4 raiders are looking for a new home. Current guild has some issues that I can discuss later but we want to put feelers out for what is available.

Holy Paladin
Mage
Warlock
We are all 492-497 ilvl. We all have multiple ranks on WoL (some single digits) and know our classes well.
We don't really have a preference between 10 and 25 man. Our progression is 5/16 heroic with experience on 3 other bosses. We've really slowed down progressing since we lost a bunch of raiders, but we're focused and dedicated to clearing content.
Our raid time requirements are sort of narrow, but we are available during the following times:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 745 PM PST - 12 AM PST.

You four are pretty much what we need to start raiding 10M, so I can basically guarantee all 4 of you spots
The jist:
Thirteen (10M) on Dark Iron (horde) is a new guild formed by ex-hardcore raiders from Spirestone (alliance) who got tired of the bullshit, egos, attitudes, and drama usually associated with the hardcore scene. We decided to reroll horde on Dark Iron for a change.
If you need validation of my claims:
Lunk (Dark Iron) = current main
Lunk (Spirestone)
Galikanokus (Spirestone) = old main since vanilla to rerolling on dark iron
Saintkanokus (Spirestone)
I have many realm firsts, every boss in vanilla except C'thun, and 2 in WotLK. Not bragging just stating it so you know I am not talking out of my ass.
We will raid / rated BGs: Monday thru Thursday starting at/around 8pm PST (PST is also Dark Iron's server time).
We like to keep the weekends free to allow guild mates to do whatever they want, level alts, LFR on alts or farm items for Offspecs, Arenas, rep grinds or spend time offline with family and friends. We are not opposed to allocating 1 day on the weekend, most likely a sunday to push progression if needed.

We're actually looking to add two raiders at the moment - and if I saw some really good logs, I might be able to move some pieces around and make some more room. We are transitioning to a period where we'd like to make spots a bit more competitive, and I'd be willing to discuss bringing in some new people and moving some others out.
We're currently 5/16H, close to being 6. We took a couple weeks off from progress over the holidays, but we're making up for lost time. We raid from 9-12 PST Tue/Thu/Sun. Some talented players coming into our weaker slots would help catapult progress forward a bit faster.
We are a new 10 man guild on the Kul Tiras server, as horde. We are casual-core environment which means we plan on completing the current tier efficiently in a timely manner but on a much less rigorous schedule than most progression environments. Most of us currently have other responsibilities in our lives besides gaming so we can't commit that 24/7 lifestyle to gaming and want to be able to raid while also having social schedules. We picked a quiet server to reside on to have a more intimate feel with our community and enjoy that server competitiveness. Most of our core members have been playing wow for over 6 years and have been on the cutting edge of progression in multiple tiers and finishing in the top 10 us and world in 10 and 25 man modes. We are very interested in achieving a regularly competitive pvp atmosphere with 3's-5's and rbg teams.
We are very interested in challenge modes and want to obtain our server first for the gold mode here since we just got here and saw that this was available.
Leadership/Raid Experience: We have remained friends over the course of our whole wow careers but each have a unique facet of experiences and skills. Myself, I raided in mid 200-300 range of wow for 4 years, then I joined Premonition on Senjin the US 2nd guild, and when they made the decision to conclude raiding I went to Vodka and raided. Fidd was with me in Change Machine on Vashj, then went to Swims in Lava one of the top US 10 mans. Azmo has been in multiple US 100-150 guilds in his career and mainly pvps on Tich with <Hey Im MVP> and already has multiple server first gold modes on different classes. Putrifid/Ledonn was in multiple US 100-150 guilds. These are just some of our core members.
Progression:: Our current core members range from 16/16hm, 10/16hm, 2/16hm, to fresh players that just got back into wow since FL. Looking to be top on server for end of this tier into the new tier. Just got everyone on the same page and caught up ready to go for 5.2.
So we have nothing done as a full group yet, just all individually progressed at different rates atm.
Raid Times
We plan on raiding 2-3 days a week, right now those preferred days are the weekend but open to week days. Raid will start at 7pm and go to 10:30pm server time (Central Time).
