I haven't seen any on Mok'Nathal, in all honesty I think most challenge mode players are satisfied with the phoenix mounts from silver and most people just stop there, I want the mount but have no desire for the xmog gear, it's all ugly I think.

The shoulder spell effect is nice but useless for a feral, just my 2 cents heh.

I play on Stormrage-US (top PvE Alliance server) and I don't remember seeing any... I'm sure quite a few have them but I guess I haven't been paying enough attention to it.

Not that I'm aware of, but then again, the Warlock armor is the only one that stands out enough for me to even think about that lol.

I haven't noticed any on Alliance Kil'Jaeden US, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. I just means... I don't notice. Which I suppose is a shame for anyone trying to show off.
