Guys: The info was just datamined within the last couple hours. It is likely unfinished works atm.
1: With the mat cost, they won't be JUST transmog items. Way too steep for that.
2: I doubt they will be bound to the Blacksmith, cause the bonuses to being a specific profession are balanced across the board since WotLK (more or less). Giving Blacksmiths access to crafted, raid-level, weapons and nobody else would be a HUGE kick in the teeth to every other prof. They will be BoE. The downside will be the crafting cost, being Spirits of Harmony (though to be fair, not THAT hard to earn, especially with the planned increase to the Farm's yield on all crafting crops).
Games are not necessarily "easier" today. You are just a better player.
It takes more now to impress many gamers than it did 2-5 years ago, because so much has already been seen and done.
Many players expect to be wow'd with every release of a beloved franchise.
These are generally NOT the fault of the developers, but the fault of many players over-hyping and/or setting expectations too high.
Though, for anyone that's given up using their Living Steel cooldown each day, now might be a good time to get back into the habit and start stocking up!
Just a question. It appears as if the first weapon you make (in the process of making the end weapon) is BOE, does that mean the others, including the final crafted weapons are to be BOE as well?
EDIT: Well, it appears that the next weapon is BOE as well, so I guess the question is, will the final weapons be BOE also?
