There are a lot of threads poping up about the pvp gear changes, but my questions is:

Will the 27,000 conquest point goal, if you will, be toon specific or will this be account wide. I fear that this will FURTHER delay the progression of alts in this already alt unfriendly expansion.

This would be a good way to close the gap for gearing alts.
