Something just happened to my Facebook in Chrome.. The top blue bar disappeared! I even tried resetting cache/history/everydamnthing but nothing has worked so far. It shows up fine in internet explorer:

Oh wow.. wtf.. It just showed up right after refreshing chrome after I had logged in on IE.. the fuck? :\

I was having this same problem, i just closed the tab, and reopened it.

Haha that's actually really weird, mine did exactly the same about 10 minutes ago. I did the same as you, messed about with the cache and then it randomly started working again...

It is amazing what booting up IE for a few seconds actually can fix. Had silly problems with FF before. Load same page in IE once and it will fix it in FF. >_>

Pretty sure this was a global issue for a short while, though it's a few hours ago that it happened for me.
