Getting a new laptop

My current laptop has some issues (overheating and a cracked battery for example), is pretty old (4+ years) and I'll be traveling to US, so I can get a new one for cheap there.

It is pretty light (my current one weights more than 4 kilos, that one is almost half of that) and, from my research, seems to be good, but I'd like to get other opinions.

Are there any known red flags about this one? Are there better ones available within that price?

How long does it takes to deliver? Is it trustable?

It comes with no OS... I've had some very bad experiences formating laptops and I'd need to get a new OS right (my current laptop still runs vista).

Saw some "[ETA: Feb.18th]"... it kinda worries me, since I won't be there by that day.

What do you mean is it trustable?

They ship the laptops everyday, it doesn't mean you will have it on the same day.

You can pick a OS further down when customizing it.
