Affliction Lock Advice

Hi, I have been playing Destruction Warlock for this whole expansion. I realized since I do raid, that it would be a lot more beneficial to take Affliction just because of the pure damage output vs. Destruction. I have talked to a few Players that are pretty good Affliction Warlocks. Several advised me to this website. I guess my basic question is, if I should keep my Gems and Reforges the same way they are or if I should go with more haste than mastery. Also if anyone could tell me what an average dps would be like with the gear that I have. Any help would be Much appreciated

Ya I have already looked at several guides very similar to that one.

Then you have your answer. I mean EVERYTHING is written in here... And you will not have much hand-holding from this forum.
I would also recommand you to Simcraft your character. Even if simcraft is not 100% accurate you will have a quick hint of what DPS you should have
