I'm sure this question has been asked many times but I can't manage to find a topic on it. Is there any major dps difference between dual wielding and using a two handed weapon? I prefer sticking with a staff or polearm and I would appreciate the advice, Thanks!

dual wielding is stronger as long as both weapons got the same ilvl as the 2h.

The dps/dmg output is more from dual wield than a 2H. As Nightflare pointed out it is only better if its the same ilvl or above.

What about weapon speed? Does that come into play at all? Is it slow MH fast OF, or is it slow MH slow OF? Thanks
