Class-specific weapons with racial themes datamined in 5.2

Patch 5.2 has added a set of class-specific weapons with racial themes!

Each weapon has 4 different colour schemes, but I've only listed one of each to save space. I have no idea how these may be obtained or even if they're going to be used in the game at all but Blizzard generally do not create icons unless they plan on the items being obtainable by players.

Some of them are a bit.. meh in my opinion but the rest are quite cool.

It definitely says Shaman in the game files. All of these weapons are labeled under class & race names.

Well, if you look the shaman logo and the fist weapon, you might see the connection.

Why would they make 2 for shaman though? And both can't be used for Elem.

I absolutely love the DK sword. I've always wanted a nice looking rune weapon. The others in game don't have much detail. Really hope they release some details on how these will be obtained as I'll definitely be going out my way to get it if it's possible.

I agree, it has to be something gimmicky. Maybe from the Lighting forge, or maybe from different profession quests from different racial trainers.

I quite like the Troll fist. And the druid staff and the sword are pretty good.

Bah, probably. That would suck. I think that class preview gear should be made available for xmog somehow. So hopefully those and these will, also. Maybe the forge in the 5.2 area

I don't think so, unless they plan to do weapons for every race/class combo, which I suppose they should either way.

That would make the most sense. The weapons look too bland for a reward for new content.

It could even be more Darkmoon Faire, they love to continuously update that event.
