Bow down before our new furry overlords!
Tenchi Masaki. Guy gets killed he wipes out entire third dimension while ascending to a power/dimension beyond what his own universes gods was...
Sai Akuto 100% mana manipulation super stegnth limitless magical power and BORN to kill gods.
Negi Springfield. Pure lightning form borderline immortal as well as semi demon forms.
Rahxephon a reality tuning unit able to alter reality at will.
I could go on and on. Also marvel comics kinda toned Thor down for their version. These guys could quite likely stop the norse one.

Want to take different people to most...
Matrim Cauthon (Wheel of Time books) - Battle Commander
Dante (Devil May Cry) - Mixture of melee and ranged damage.
The Rock (Wrestling) - To tank
Star Fox (Star Fox games) - Air superiority (this is as long as he's allowed his space ship/plane as well).
Pug (Raymond E. Feist books) - Magic support
No, Hulk isn't the strongest Marvel character. He's mid-low tier actually. And Rune King Thor isn't the strongest either. The strongest Marvel superhero is without a doubt adult Franklin Richards. He can make cosmic entities like Galactus and the Phoenix Force his bitches. He can definitely destroy the universe with a thought, possibly even the multiverse. The strongest Marvel character, not restricting it to superheroes specifically, is The One-Above-All, the literal god of the Marvel multiverse.
The only comic book characters that I would bet could beat Franklin Richards are TOAA, The Living Tribunal, pre retcon Beyonder, pre retcon Molecule Man, Lucifer Morningstar, Michael Demiurgos, The Great Evil Beast, The Primal Monitor, The Presence, The Spectre when unbound at 100% power, The Cosmic Armor Thought Robot and Mandrakk. I'm probably missing a few, but those are probably the most important ones. Basically all of those are either multiversal cosmic entities or metaphors for the writer, or in the case of the Primal Monitor, the reader/comic book, because Grant Morrison must be baked while writing. Also, more than half of those are DC characters.
Oh, right, the thread topic...
1. Dante. (DMC 2)
2. Canabulum. (D&D)
3. Reed Richards. (Marvel)
4. War. (Darksiders)
5. Deathstroke. (DC)
My strategy: Dante and War are my team's tanky heavy hitters. These guys can massacre basically any battle without much effort. Their expertise in fighting demons will also help considerably. Canabulum and Reed Richards are the brains of the operation. They both have a lot of experience dealing with aliens and demons. Canabulum is a wizard and is the magical side of things, while Reed can deal with any tech. Their job is to research an effective weapon of mass destruction to use against the alien/demon army that won't harm the Earth or its people. If necessary Canabulum can destroy a metric fuck ton of stuff before he runs out of juice. (Canabulum is a 64th level wizard) Deathstroke may seem like the weak link of my team, (For those that don't know him, he's basically just a super enhanced mercenary with some alien tech. Many people probably best know him as Slade from the Teen Titans TV show, or from Arrow as the guy that tortured Green Arrow on the island, but he was nerfed to oblivion in both of those) but he's not there as a front line fighter, he's there as a bodyguard for Reed and Canabulum. He's a master assassin so he knows better than anyone what would be the most efficient ways to try and take out the other team members, and he's just tough enough that I would bet on him against most aliens and demons. He can also think on his feet, probably better than anyone else on my team. He's there more for his battle experience and tactical knowledge than his raw power.
If I was going to make an ultra god-mode team for shits and giggles, I'd use the following.
1. SS4 Goku, post time skip and Dragon Ball absorption. (DBZ)
2. Cosmic Armor Thought Robot. (DC)
3. The Living Tribunal. (Marvel)
4. Siberys. (D&D)
5. Asura. (Asura's Wrath)
They all play rock paper scissors to decide who gets to blink the enemy army out of existence.

If Goku's power level increases at the same rate till the end of DBGT as it does till the end of the Frieza saga, as a SS4 Goku would have a PL of roughly 939 Quinoctogintillion. For reference that is a 260 digit number. A PL of 14,600 is required to destroy an earth sized planet. There are about 2 nonillion earths worth of mass in the universe. That means SS4 Goku can destroy the universe about 32 Octosexagintillion times over. There's a reason they made Goku a god at the end of GT.

I am gonna be "that guy" only because I am gonna go through the loophole you placed there. Since we can't take someone with godlike abilities I will take God himself, he doesn't have godlike abilities because he is a God. Godlike abilities is a word to describe people (or beings) that have the characteristics of a god.
