Our guild started raiding 25 man content relatively late (didn't get into progression until mid November) due to rebuilding for MoP after many players quit during Dragon Soul. For the past two and a half months, we have managed to achieve 11/16 heroic. We're looking to recruit more exceptional players to push 16/16 heroic before patch 5.2 releases.
