New gaming build need help with some parts 1400 euros budget max!

So guys during the next few months ill be buying a pc over time so i might update the thread later if new hardware comes out but it doenst seem likely anyway, so here goes.

I'm going for a black/red color scheme so take that in account when choosing parts if possible.

I'm from portugal so ordering parts is quite restricted but i have a very good website I used and they have mostly anything you can get from newegg and all so just link there and ill get the same part from the website i use, so here goes.

Here is the build : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/yHR6

It has no power supply because they do not use aerocool and there is one PSU from them that caught my eye for this build and it is : http://www.alientech.pt/product_info...ducts_id=18089
Any good suggestions that would still look good on this build? Realy cant find anything with these colors that is modular for a nearby price.

I chose the h100i but i might go with the kraken x60 if it actualy fits in the case which i believe it does but I aint sure yet.

I do believe the rig is powerful enough to run any game i want at 1920x1080 which is what i'll be running it at, I will also do some video recording and editing so I might end up adding an extra wd gree hdd later on.

So any suggestions or does it look solid enough?

Edit: Dont mind the micro atx board linked the wrong one wanted to link this one isntead the full sized pro 4 http://www.alientech.pt/product_info...ducts_id=16680

The link you gave for the system is just a generic link. It doesn't actually show anything (well for me, it shows the last system I built).

You need to give a specific link that they provide on the left.

Also, why are you set on the aerocool?

Damn first time I used partpicker fixing that now, well the aerocool costs 61 euros, is black and red, its modular and bronze certified i never actualy used one of their parts thats why im asking here for opinions : D

I'd stay away from Aerocool, eys it's cheaper but there is a reason for that usually. These cost more but are significantly better quality.

ANTEC HIGH CURRENT GAMER 520W - Modular, black/red (SeaSonic OEM)
ANTEC HIGH CURRENT GAMER 520W cheaper, black/red non-modular
    SEASONIC 620W M12II Modular, black

For overclocking you'll want a Z77 motherboard, something like this should do fine:

    ASROCK Z77 PRO3
    MSI Z77A-G43

    The rest looks fine.

Edit: Just noticed you linked a Z77 board, either way this one should be fine and cost less

Well i saw a video that showed a 10 degree difference betwen h80 and h100 at full load seems like alot and the price isnt that steeper.
I think ill end up going with the pro3 and the seasonic then, do seem like better options, but i do love the look of the antec modular .

Only €4 difference and 520W is more than enough if you really want the black/red, both units are more or less the same besides that.

just me who expected more ROG parts with a black/red color scheme? (pretty sure you could fit in a ROG matrix 7970 Ghz there with that much headroom on the budget, or if you are from nl/be there has been one on tweakers recently also quite some rog mobo's around there atm)

The rog parts are quite more expensive then most stuff im happy with going with asrock since they are all black, they have a red and black motherboard but it costs 40 more for no real performance gain, but i can look around a bit more, for the memory I might end up going with the corsair vengeance in red for contrast.

Cheapest z77 red and black i can see is this : http://www.alientech.pt/product_info...ducts_id=16151
For the gpu this is what comes closer to the gtx670: http://www.alientech.pt/product_info...ducts_id=14836
or http://www.alientech.pt/product_info...ducts_id=16082 but I dont know how the cooling is on both will need to research.
On the gtx 670 theres always the direct cu 2 but it goes over the 400 euros mark and i dont know how that would work.

I'd also like 1 or 2 led cathodes, soft ones nothing to bright but i have no clue of where to get them here.

While ASRock motherboards look black on the pictures they are actually dark brown. I was a bit disappointed when I got mine.

depending on what part there should also be different features in regards to OC'ing.
but yeah it's usually not worth it to spend more in order to get a color scheme or even worse at the loss of performance.

You might want to switch out that GPU, gigabyte gpus are blue and black.

For black and red, you want to look at asus.

It is pretty brown when you look at actual pictures and not those press pictures.

Yea thats actually horrible geez ill keep the pro3 its plain black, and I do know gygabite is blue its more of a placeholder since i need a better color scheme on it, even just black will do.

For the mobo i know its still brownish but im having alot of trouble finding anything black and red.

The Asrock Z77 Pro 3 is awful for overclocking. The powerphase is just too bad for it. I had one and it broke down in 2 months due to being just absolutely bad. It can't deal with overclocking so i suggest you get an actual good motherboard if you intend to overclock, such as a Gigabyte or an Asus.

Damm cheapest red and black i could get http://www.alientech.pt/product_info...ducts_id=16298 still double the price of other parts might just end up going with a decent asrock or change to blue theme altogether.

Well just changed around stuff to accomodate for changes suggested so here goes:
    Mobo: http://www.alientech.pt/product_info...ducts_id=16298
    Gpu: http://www.alientech.pt/product_info...ducts_id=16082
PSU:http://www.alientech.pt/product_info...s_id=18958(not sure if it will be enough, might have to get a better psu since the 7970 draws more powe)

With these changes it comes ou at 1424 euros( I Included a cheap lg monitor that I might or not buy ill have to see)

ill be doing a themed blue version to see how much cheaper it is , if its around 200 euros cheaper which i suspect it might, ill just scrape the red version.
