Silence->3 Orb DP->2xFDCL->Instant MB. Couple a trinket on there and a shadowfiend for a little more dps.

there are dps specs that can cure diseases, leave aside CCing the healer. any person with a proper brain over the shoulders and the ability to do it would dispel DP right away since you won't be able to recast it in that 8 sec cd, sending our "burst" to the dumpster immediately.

There are a lot of classes who's burst can be countered. The challenge is setting it up in a way you know you will be safe to burst. Silencing the healer is just one step. Also, total number of DPS specs that can dispel a disease: 3. Not really an overwhelming number.

Seriously, you should try playing a Rogue against a Frost Mage sometime then come back here and complain you can't burst. There are much worse nerfs happening to Spriests right now...
