Allow us to Trade LFR Loot

I really wish blizzard would change the LFR loot system, just slightly.
Not have it the way it was but...........

........ let's say you queue for LFR, with some friends, or guildies, so your joining as a party for LFR, queue pops your in, bosses fall over, few of you do not need any loot of x boss but your friend in your party you queued with does, but you get a piece of loot you already had, or do not need, but one of your party members you queued with, could use the loot You got, I think we should then be able to trade that loot within people we have queued with.

Instead of seeing it being disenchanted or vendered.

We are not seeing who gets what loot, it is not like the old LFR loot system, so why not allow us too trade the loot and possibly put it to better use if we desired, by trading it ?

I'd also like to be able to trade LFR loot. Keep it personal like it is now, but the ability to trade.

I've gotten 5 or so helm tokens off Sha of Fear and I feel bad vendoring them knowing that someone else could have used it.

Thats the exact same as myself, with the helm token.

Sad to see it just rid of it, then trade it away to benefit someone else.

The meaning of the current loot rules are to stop exactly what you want...?
If what you're suggestion came through, it would break LFR for good.
Fx. 4 guys with full HC gear, queue with there newly dinged friend (let's say they all win a piece, maybe one of them 2) which they just can trade? Would this be fair?
I know that the % chance for people to get loot isn't 100% nor 50%, but the chance is there.

Will never happen, because it would give an unfair advantage to people who queued as a group for the specific intention of giving their friend all the loot.

It would be far too easy for guilds to exploit this to pad out their progression roster. Need a geared X? 5 people in the guild with a level 90 alt of class X queues with the raid toon, and pass all their drops to him. Grats, that toon now has a 6x greater chance of getting loot.

Personal loot stays personal, especially since all loot rolls are independant (meaning theoretically every single person in a 25 man LFR could get loot off the same boss at the same time).

Why do you think LFR loot system was changed?

(Tip: loot trading and begging is 2 major reasons)

is it not fair because you have no friends to queue with and do same for You ?

its not the OLD system, where you take a whole guild in, NEED on everything and trade, we do not get to decide or see what loot will drop and for who, so there is nothing Unfair about trading something IF you win something, to someone else.

Trading is in the game for a reason, lets utilise it, if we desire too.

The problem with all of these "change the way LFR loot works so I can get it faster" threads is that blizz isn't going to do it because it's the old carrot and stick argument lol... if they made all of the gear easy to get, for example, if you got it after 4 weeks, on week 5 would you still be doing it? Probably not. Making the loot easier essentially means blizz will be losing money that they could be keeping otherwise.

What they win or dont win has no relevance on what you win. So how would their result impact you? Sure they have an overall player advantage of being able to share loot among friends. But so does a guild that raids together.

You already can not see it vendored or disenchanted so there you go your problem is solved.

    This.

Or as Blizzard would say, "working as intended."

That is a flawed analysis however. They would have a greater advantage then a standard guild raid because the potential reward is not equal. In a standard raid, the potential reward is fixed: You get a fixed number of pieces of loot per boss. In a LFR environment, you get an individual chance per boss. If you allowed trading of LFR gear, then Guilds would be encouraged to run full guild LFRs just to trade all the loot to Key memebers, which is a signifigant gear advantage when there is a potential for each boss to drop 2, 3 or even 5 times the normal amount of loot into the "pool".

Being able to trade loot would instantly turn into being able to sell loot.

I don't feel like being bombarded with tells begging for the loot I just received. The current loot system works fine.

This will just remove the time it takes for people to get geared, then LFR queues will be much higher in waiting times because less people will need the gear and they no longer need anything from there. It's a good idea in thought, but in reality? Not so much.

I think there should be a way to pass on items. When an item is passed on, then it should pop up a window for all eligible classes/specs, showing what the item is, and giving you a roll or pass option. Obviously most assholes will just roll, even if they don't need it, but at least everyone will have a fair shake at it.

Here's my take on that idea. If you pass on the item you won, it randomly distributes the item to someone that's eligible. It would be put back into the system, system then randomly picks a player that can use it. Having a Roll/Pass option pop up for the other players after you Passed on the item you won will just be a repeat of the players that griefed the earliest LFR system, my idea still leaves the loot determined by the system, not the players which is what Blizzard wanted with the rework of the old system.

I'm curious as to how one will be able to sell LFR gear? Sure, you could sell stuff to people from your server- but thats only if you queue with people from your server AND get the item to drop.
