I do not know where people get the assumption LFR will be higher iLvl than the previous tier's Heroic Gear. It was not the case when DS launched, my Heroic FL gear was better in iLvl than everything in there barring DW items. Fun side note, DS is the only LFR tier that has had a previous tier to compare iLvl with, so the whining about where LFR will be seems really premature until we see the loot tables.
